Mr. Cifelli focuses on new venture and complex business and wealth protection transactions. He offers new venture project management services from serving as contract general counsel and CFO to handling merger & acquisition due diligence, private and public offering transactions, and wealth protection and transfer structure creation and execution. His experience is multi-national as he has worked on US based and offshore transactions.

Mr. Cifelli began his career as a licensed CPA tax research professional in the world's largest tax practice based in Los Angeles. After graduating law school he evolved into a cross trained business, legal and financial professional focused on emerging technology ventures, including co-founding one of the first fully reporting publicly traded Internet companies in the world in 1998. 

He also served as Managing Director of Investment Banking with regional investment brokerage firms when he held several investment securities licenses.
